We can provide full engineering support from the outset of your production process.
We can work from our clients drawing, a 3D model or reverse engineering of an existing part to create a forge model and component drawings for approval.
We recognise that our customers are looking for fast and efficient introduction of new products. To meet these demands, we are constantly investing in the latest computer aided die design and die manufacturing technology. We work closely with our clients to assist them in designing products that both meet their design criteria but can also be manufactured by the most cost-effective route. We use QForm forging simulation software to reduce waste and to optimise production processes.
Our experienced machinists appreciate the need to minimise the machining allowance on forgings, reducing waste and minimising cost. Cost effectiveness is an integral part of our design process.
Simulation software is used to deliver the best forging solution, reducing the risk of faults in the forgings, and making the most effective use of raw material. By managing the design and development processes in-house we have the flexibility to respond quickly to new product design.
We have considerable experience in forging design and the methods used to establish key characteristics using the latest technology to produce high quality parts on time, right first time.
